Cancellation, Return and Change Size Policies

Maximo-Moto tries to provide the best suitable products to our customers. We always focus on the quality products and service. But unfortunately, if you are not happy with the order or product. You can also replace and refund it, but only according to our return policies. Our customer service team and marketing manager generally design these rules to make a better relationship with our customers. They especially focus on the easiest way to get a satisfying return and avoid the confusions as much as we can.

Steps to return:

  • First of all report the product by email at “ Info@maximo-moto.com”.
  • Mention why you want this return cancel or refund, your order number, and date when you order this product.

Further, there will be three return conditions:

Cancelation:

ü  You can only cancel the order if the order is not processed or not billed yet.

ü  And if it has been shipped and again you send it back to us. We will only refund the product price not the shipping charges.

Exchange the Size & color:

ü  The product exchange will only accept within 15 days.

ü  Make sure the packaging is not damaged.

ü  The Product is not damaged or used.

ü  Send back the product to us and mention on a note what is wrong with it and what you require in exchange.

ü  If the problem is from your end, you will pay the return back shipping but if it’s an unfortunate mistake by Maximo moto team we will pay the shipping.

Refund:

ü  You must have to give a genuine reason for the refund.

ü  Refund will not include the shipping charges we will only refund the price of the product.

ü  First, you have to send back the product to us. Then forward the tracking number and the shipping service URL. Once we receive it we will refund your payment as soon as it possible.

ü  Make sure you have written the right shipping address of Maximo moto, In case of wrong delivery, Maximo Moto will not responsible.
