A. We are a real Outlet, we do stock liquidations. All products on this website are brand new and they come with manufacturer's warranty.

A. Yes, there might be slight variations in prices of our brands but we are giving lowest prices from all other stores. You can try to search for lowest prices.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Between 24 to 48 hours after payment for Spain and Portugal without islands (weekdays). For shipments to the rest of Europe and between 2 to 5 days depending on the selected services. We will receive your payment automatically if you pay by card or PayPal. If you choose paying by transfer please note that your payment will not be available for us automatically. We can only prepare and ship your order once we receive your payment. So, it is better to pay by PayPal or by card.
Q. Which is the delivery company?
A. SEUR is for Spain and Portugal. TNT is for the rest of the countries. The delivery company will try to deliver the parcel several times. If after several attempts they are unable to deliver a parcel, and this is caused by the recipient, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case we will deduct the delivery and return costs from the refund.
Q. How much do I pay for shipping?
A. The shipping cost is free for Spain only. Other countries are responsible to pay shipping charges. Our website will automatically calculate your shipping costs. They are reduced to minimum, since we don´t want your purchase to be more expensive because of the shipping costs.
Q. Who will pay custom duties or other taxes?
A. Our all products prices are inclusive VAT. So you don't need to pay separately. There are no hidden charges for buying from us. But Custom charges is the responsibility of the customer who buys any product. Maximo-moto is not responsible and will not pay any custom charges for the delivery in any country or state of the world.
Q. Can I return the purchase?
A. Yes, within 15 days of receipt, if the item is in its original condition and keeps all accompanying tags and labels. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. You will have to send us the item by post.
