Export Policy

Shipment can be made from any of our storage facilities in Europe, North American and Asia depending upon product availability and customer agrees to pay customs and charges applicable to all.

How is my item sent?

SEUR is the official courier service for orders shipped to the Europe. Delivery of items will normally require a signature from the receiver. For Spain and Portugal, all items will be sent to customers via SEUR courier service.

We may use some other courier service for countries other than Europe to facilitate our customers because of economical courier charges although it may take 3 to 15 days in delivery once the order is dispatched.

Please remember when you accept a delivery, you are essentially confirming that your order is in perfect condition. If you notice a damaged package or if you think it has been mishandled, always sign as “damaged”. In this scenario please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If ordered before 3pm (Monday to Friday) the order will be dispatched on the same working day, unless stated otherwise on the item description. However, any order made after 3pm on Fridays or over the weekend will not be dispatched until the next Monday. After placing an order, you will be given a list of delivery options, which will inform you of the expected time of your order's arrival.

What days are regarded as working days?

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and all public holidays.

Can I select the delivery date?

If for any reason you'd like your order to be delivered later than the agreed date, we will make every effort to accommodate. How do I track my order?

Once your item is dispatched you will receive an e-mail from us giving you a link to our courier’s website along with a consignment number. This will allow you to track the status of your order.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If you're not home the courier will leave a note stating that they attempted to deliver your order. In this case, you can then either collect your order from the courier’s local office, whose address will be on the note, or you can contact the courier to arrange a re-delivery. If you wish you may also leave specific delivery instructions for the courier – however an important point to note here is that some courier services may not oblige. And if it does, you will assume full responsibility of the order.

Will you deliver to an alternate delivery address?

As a security measure to protect our customers from fraud, we will only dispatch items to the billing address. The only way in which we can deliver to a different address is when the payment is received by a direct bank transfer or postal order.

Do you deliver overseas?

Please take a look at the Postage and Payments tab on the advertised listing for a full list of countries we currently ship to. In Russia, we don't ship any kind of product.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, you may return it to us for a full refund, within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and still in their original packaging with tags intact. For our refund policy, please see the returns tab. We do advise that you check your goods upon delivery, as you are signing to say that you received them in good condition.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

If your items are sent by a courier, you should receive your order within 2-3 working days. If you do not receive your order, please email us . In the unlikely event that your order was lost in transit, it cannot be classified as missing until after 7 days (14 days for international orders). However, liability for goods lost in transit is ours and therefore we will either dispatch you a new order, as soon as the original items are confirmed missing, or we will offer you a full refund.
